Ingredients

• 1 Lamb Rack Frenched
• 15 ml Robertsons Masterblends for Roasts Rustic Garlic and Herb
• 15 ml Olive Oil
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 5 ml Sugar

Instructions

1. Combine the Robertsons Masterblends for Roasts, olive oil, lemon juice and sugar.
2. Rub the rack of lamb with this mixture.
3. Braai over medium to hot coals. Once cooked to your liking let it rest for 10 minutes.
4. Cut into chops before serving.
